br-365-jct-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz
BR-365 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

BR-365 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

This design reproduces a Brazilian highway route marker, the BR-365 shield, set against a plain black and white field with nothing else competing for attention.

Visual Elements & Composition

White dominates the design, with black used for the shield's outline, the inner double border, and the lettering. The shield has a rounded bottom with a pointed notch at its centre, and the double-outlined border frames the whole sign like a stamped plate. The letters BR sit above the numerals 365, and the abbreviation "jct" is set in the same flat, modern style. The result is graphic and restrained, built from clean edges and high contrast rather than texture or colour.

Meaning & Symbolism

BR is the prefix for Brazil's federal highway network, so the marker tells the traveller which national road they are on. The number 365 identifies this particular route, and "jct" marks a junction, a point where roads meet and a driver must choose a direction. The sign is a piece of everyday transport infrastructure, and its meaning lies in navigation: it shows where roads connect and where a journey can turn.

Why It Suits the Mixing Glass

A mixing glass is a tall, narrow vessel that gets lifted and turned in the hand, so the shield's vertical, pointed form runs with its silhouette rather than against it. The double border wraps neatly around the curve of the glass, and the bold black numerals stay legible as the vessel turns. For anyone who has ever stopped at a junction and wondered which way to go, this is a cheeky reminder that the right turn can start with a drink.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/br-365-jct-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz-GMY-MIXI-BR365-16OZ-1FSGR-front.webp?v=1793802295
