br-569-jct-brazil-road-sign-shot-glass-15oz
BR-569 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Shot Glass 1.5oz

BR-569 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design takes the shield of Brazil's federal highway BR-569 and reduces it to black and white, with the route number set large and clear at its centre.

Visual Elements & Composition

The artwork is flat and vector-clean. A black shield with a rounded base and notched point sits inside a double outline, and the white field around the lettering makes up most of the surface. The letters BR sit above the numerals 569, and the junction wording is kept to the same restrained palette. Nothing is decorated; the shape and the type carry the whole composition.

Meaning & Symbolism

A shield-shaped marker is the standard way Brazil identifies its federal highways, so the badge tells a driver which network a road belongs to before any sign is read. The "jct" in the title refers to a junction, the point where one route meets another. The design belongs to the modern era of signage and carries no ornament beyond what navigation requires, which is why it reads as a faithful map of the road rather than a decorative piece.

Seen Up Close on a Shot Glass

A 1.5oz shot glass is small enough to hold in one hand, so the shield is seen at close range, nearly at eye level. The clear glass lets the black and white of the badge stand out against the drinks surface, and the narrow, straight-sided body suits a compact, crisp graphic like this one.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/br-569-jct-brazil-road-sign-shot-glass-15oz-GMY-SHOT-BR569-1P5OZ-front.webp?v=1793823675
