The shield has a rounded top, a pointed centre at its base and a clean, unshaded surface. BR and the numerals 926 occupy the body of the shield, with the jct label set smaller beneath. The arrangement is centred and minimal, so the sign reads at once.

Meaning & Symbolism

The BR prefix identifies a federal highway in Brazil, and the three-digit number locates this road within the national network. A jct marker denotes a junction, the place where one route meets or parts from another. The shield is the standard Brazilian form for highway markers, so the design represents the navigation that keeps the country's roads connected.

Held and Turned

A mug is turned as it is raised to the lips, so the shield travels around the curved wall of the cup and is seen in sections. The double border follows the outline of the mug, and the upright BR 926 lettering stays legible from the handle side. The white surface keeps the black sign crisp at every angle.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/br-926-jct-brazil-road-sign-white-coffee-mug-GMY-MUG-BR926-11OZ-front.webp?v=1793834979
