brasil-estado-601-jct-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz
Brasil estado 601 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

Brasil estado 601 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

This design sets the words Brasil estado 601 jct across the surface as a plain road-sign legend, a reference to a Brazilian state route and the junction it marks.

Visual Elements & Composition

The composition is built on typography alone. The alphanumeric string sits centred, with no border, pictogram or ornament competing for attention. The numeral 601 and the abbreviation jct carry the most information, and the eye moves across them in a single line. The result is clean and direct, with the lettering doing all the work of the image.

Meaning & Symbolism

Road signage is designed to be read at a glance, and this artwork borrows that discipline. Estado marks the state-level network of Brazil, 601 is the route number that identifies one road among many, and jct announces a junction where routes meet or divide. Together they describe a point on a map where a traveller must make a decision, which gives a humble line of text a quiet sense of place and direction.

Designed for the Mixing Glass

A sign is read from a distance, but this artwork is read up close, turned slowly in the hand as the glass is lifted. The text wraps a tall, slightly tapering surface, so the route number follows the curve as the drink goes down. It is a good companion for a conversation about roads you have driven, or a trip you still plan to take, and it suits a friend who collects small reminders of places.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/brasil-estado-601-jct-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz-GMY-MIXI-BRSSTD-16OZ-1FQ8O-front.webp?v=1793678454
