sp-135-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz
SP-135 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

SP-135 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

This design takes its name from a road designation, SP-135, and places it within a Brazilian setting, so the number itself does the storytelling.

Visual Elements & Composition

The composition is built around the numerals SP-135 and the word Brazil. The designation sits at the centre of the design as the main focal point, with the country name carried alongside it as the identifying line. Everything else is kept secondary, so the code reads first and clearly, the way a route marker is meant to be read at a glance.

Meaning & Symbolism

The SP prefix refers to the state of São Paulo, and the numbering follows the state highway system used across Brazil. A road code like this is a small piece of regional identity: it locates a place on a map, links a line of asphalt to a region, and says where you are. The design treats that everyday marker as a piece of geography and turns it into a statement about Brazil's landscape and the way its roads organise its territory.

Designed for the Curve of the Glass

A pint glass is held at the side, and its tall, curved wall brings the design around as you lift it. A road-style marker suits that format well, since the number and name are read as the glass turns in the hand. Pour a drink, and the SP-135 sign stays in view, a neat reminder of a route that is firmly on the map.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/sp-135-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz-GMY-MIXI-SP135-16OZ-front.webp?v=1793689530
