sp-188-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz
SP-188 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

SP-188 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

This design takes its name from a single subject: Brazil, set out as a clean, road-sign style graphic.

Visual Elements & Composition

The artwork is built around one central motif with nothing competing for attention. Its layout is simple and deliberate, so the eye lands on the main subject straight away. The identifier SP-188 sits within the composition as the design's defining text, and the "Road Sign" format gives the piece the blunt, readable quality of signage meant to be seen at a glance.

Meaning & Symbolism

The code SP is the standard abbreviation for the Brazilian state of São Paulo, and Brazilian state routes carry designations of this kind. The number 188 turns the piece into a specific marker rather than a generic emblem, a small piece of regional identity that points to one particular route on one particular map.

Reading the Design on the Mixing Glass

A sign is read in passing, and this artwork works the same way on the glass. Its single bold motif faces you as you lift the Mixing Glass, so the design reads clearly from the moment it is picked up. It makes a neat talking point for anyone who recognises the code or wants to find out where SP-188 leads, and it suits a gift for a traveller, a Brazil enthusiast or anyone who has ever followed a road sign into somewhere new.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/sp-188-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz-GMY-MIXI-SP188-16OZ-front.webp?v=1793738220
