sp-345-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz
SP-345 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

SP-345 (Brazil) (Road Sign) Pint Glass 16oz

This design takes the form of a road sign, with the designation SP-345 and Brazil as its subject, and it reads as a straightforward piece of place-naming.

Visual Elements & Composition

The composition is built around text. The alphanumeric code SP-345 is the main element, set alongside the word Brazil and the label "Road Sign." Nothing in the layout competes with the lettering. The design is simple and direct, so the eye goes straight to the name and the code, and the piece works more like a label than a picture.

Meaning & Symbolism

The format follows the way Brazilian highways are identified. In that system, "SP" is the abbreviation for São Paulo state, and the number that follows marks a specific route. The design borrows that logic, so the sign stands for the idea of a road that belongs to a place and can be located by its code. It treats Brazil as a geographic fact rather than telling a story, and the meaning sits in the naming itself.

Designed for the Mixing Glass

A road sign is a flat panel meant to be read at a glance, and this one sits well on a glass that curves around the hand. The lettering wraps the tall, tapering body, so the code and place name come into view as the glass is lifted and turned. It makes a good conversation starter for a home bar or a friend who has a long-standing connection to Brazil, and it keeps the reference to the road and the place in plain sight every time the glass is picked up.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0703/5204/4312/files/sp-345-brazil-road-sign-pint-glass-16oz-GMY-MIXI-SP345-16OZ-front.webp?v=1793729065
