The Soyuz TMA-09M is a spacecraft that serves as part of the Soyuz program, which is a human-rated manned spacecraft system currently in operation. Launched by the Russian space agency Roscosmos, this specific mission (TMA-09M) was sent to the International Space Station (ISS). The spacecraft was launched on November 7th, 2013, carrying three astronauts: Oleg Kotov, Sergey Ryazansky, and Michael Hopkins.
