The 10th Cavalry Regiment is an active United States Army unit under the command of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. Originally established as a Buffalo Soldier regiment in 1866, it is one of the oldest and most decorated cavalry units in the U.S. Army. Throughout its history, the regiment has participated in numerous significant conflicts, including the Indian Wars, Spanish-American War, Philippine-American War, World War I, World War II, and the Korean War.
