The 136th Airlift Wing is a unit of the United States Air Force, falling under the jurisdiction of the Illinois Air National Guard. Based at Scott Air Force Base in Belleville, it operates primarily from this location but also utilizes additional facilities at Peoria International Airport in Peoria and Greater Kankakee Airport in Kankakee.
