The 141st Air Refueling Wing is a unit of the United States Air Force (USAF) under the Air Mobility Command. Based primarily at Grifiss Air National Guard Base in Rome, New York, this wing specializes in air refueling operations using Boeing KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft. Its mission is to provide aerial refueling support for other USAF, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, and allied forces around the globe.
