Description
A shield blazoned: Per fess, Azure and Gules, a fess nowy per fess wavy Argent and Azure, with three mullets in chief and a powder horn in base, mouth to dexter, ferruled Sable. A silver scroll is attached below and to the sides of the shield, inscribed "DIEU DEFEND LE DROIT" in black letters.

Symbolism
The blue represents Infantry. The horizontal band, resembling both a dome and a water symbol, references the U.S. Capitol and the Potomac River.
