Flag of Haute Vienne France 2 - Color Changing Coffee Mug

The Flag of Haute Vienne, France (2nd Design) is a heraldic banner that represents the administrative department of Haute Vienne, located in central-western France. It was officially adopted as the departmental flag on January 13, 2009, replacing the previous design from 1985. The flag features a field divided into three horizontal stripes: white at the top and bottom, with a red stripe in the middle. In the center of the red stripe, there is a yellow (or golden) fleur-de-lis, a traditional symbol in French heraldry that represents royalty or sovereignty. The colors and design of this flag are derived from the coat of arms of Haute Vienne, which has been used since 1832. The introduction of the second design added further distinctiveness to the department's symbolic representation within France.
