The Flag of Shawinigan (1951-2009) represents the municipal flag for the city of Shawinigan, located in the province of Quebec, Canada. Adopted in 1951 and replaced in 2009 with a new design, this flag featured a horizontal tricolor of blue, white, and red, divided into three equal bands. The blue band at the hoist contained a large, white, stylized maple leaf, symbolizing Quebec and Canada. The red band on the fly bore the city's coat of arms. This flag signified Shawinigan's rich industrial history and its strong ties to both local and national identities during this period.
