The Imperial Coat of Arms of the Empire of Austria from 1815 is a heraldic symbol that represents the Austrian Empire during its post-Napoleonic period. This coat of arms was adopted following the Congress of Vienna, which reorganized Europe politically after the Napoleonic Wars. The design features the double-headed eagle, a traditional emblem associated with the Habsburg dynasty, on a gold field. The shield is supported by two lions and crowned by an imperial crown. Beneath the shield lies a scroll inscribed with the motto "For God, For the Empire, For Me" (in Latin: "Pro Deo, Pro Rege, Pro Patria"). This coat of arms was used until the dissolution of the Austrian Empire in 1867, when it was succeeded by Austria-Hungary.
