The 7th Bomb Wing is a unit within the United States Air Force, specifically stationed at Dyess Air Force Base, Texas. This wing operates B-1B Lancer bombers and provides global strike capabilities to U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). The 7th Bomb Wing's mission includes conducting airlift, close air support, air interdiction, in-theater strategic strike, offensive counterair operations, and nuclear deterrence. The wing also plays a role in humanitarian and peacekeeping efforts worldwide. It is one of the few bomb wings within the U.S. Air Force with a continuous combat deployment schedule since 1991.
