Description:

A shield blazoned: Gules, on a bend nebuly Or between a bezant bearing a four-pointed mullet Azure and a roundel barry wavy of six of the second and the last, a lightning flash of the third. Attached below and to the sides of the shield is a gold scroll inscribed "HOME AND COUNTRY" in black letters.

Symbolism:

Scarlet and yellow represent Air Defense Artillery. The bezant with a four-pointed polar star symbolizes the unit's World War II service in Alaska. The bend nebuly with lightning flash signifies the current Air Defense Artillery mission, while the barry wavy roundel represents water, reflecting the unit's former Coast Artillery service. It also symbolizes the unit's current location in Florida and alludes to the legendary Fountain of Youth sought by Ponce de León.
