The 187th Fighter Wing (USAF) is a unit of the United States Air Force. This wing, headquartered at Selfridge Air National Guard Base in Michigan, is part of the Air Combat Command and the Great Lakes Region Air Force Reserve Command. Its primary mission involves operating, maintaining, and training with the F-15E Strike Eagle aircraft, providing rapid, airborne offensive and defensive capabilities in support of national defense needs.
