Flag of Oryol Oblast Russia - Color Changing Coffee Mug

The Flag of Oryol Oblast is the official heraldic symbol representing the administrative division of Oryol Oblast, a federal subject of Russia. Adopted on October 30, 1998, the flag features three equally spaced horizontal bands in the colors green (top and bottom) and white (middle). The upper and lower green bands each occupy approximately 36% of the flag's height, while the white band takes up the remaining 28%. In the center of the white band is placed a red equilateral triangle, symbolizing the historical coat of arms of Oryol. This tricolor design with a central emblem reflects the traditional Russian banner style. The colors used in the flag are derived from the Russian national flag and hold similar symbolic meanings: green for hope, white for purity, and red for courage and valor.
