Flag of Styria Steiermark Austria - Color Changing Coffee Mug

The 'Flag of Styria Steiermark Austria' is a heraldic banner representing the Austrian federal state of Styria (Steiermark) in the southern part of the country. Adopted on October 2, 1955, it symbolizes the historical and cultural heritage of the region. The flag consists of three equal horizontal stripes arranged from top to bottom: green, white, and red. This tricolor reflects the legacy of Styria's medieval counts, the House of Gorizia (Görz), who used a similar design in their coat of arms. Although similar in appearance to the national flag of Austria, it is distinct due to the order of its colors and the different proportions of each stripe: the green stripe occupies the upper half, while both the white and red stripes make up the lower half, each taking up approximately a third of the total height.
