STS 134 (NASA) STS 134 refers to Space Shuttle mission STS-134, which was launched by NASA on May 16, 2011. This mission marked the final flight of the Space Shuttle Endeavour and aimed at completing science objectives at the International Space Station (ISS) as well as conducting independent research at the Moon using the Multi-Angle Solar Cell Array (MASCA).
