111 Aviation Regiment (U.S. Army) Color Changing Coffee Mug

The 111th Aviation Regiment is a unit within the United States Army's Aviation Branch. It was activated on October 1, 2016, as part of the U.S. Army's transition from brigade-level aviation to a modular aviation regiment structure. The regiment falls under the command of the 159th Combat Aviation Brigade and is primarily based at Fort Hood, Texas. The 111th Aviation Regiment's mission includes providing attack, reconnaissance, medical evacuation, transport, and support aviation capabilities in various combat and non-combat operations both domestically and abroad. Its helicopter fleet consists mainly of the UH-60M Black Hawk, AH-64E Apache, and CH-47F Chinook aircraft. The regiment's motto is "First to Fly."
