The 119th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment (2nd), referred to as the "Potter's Zouaves" or simply the "119th Pennsylvania," was a military unit that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. Originally raised in September 1862, it consisted of two battalions and was part of the III Brigade, II Division, V Corps. The regiment participated in several significant battles, including the Wilderness Campaign, Spotsylvania Court House, Cold Harbor, Petersburg Siege, Appomattox Campaign, and the surrender at Appomattox Courthouse. The 119th Pennsylvania Infantry Regiment (2nd) mustered out of service on June 8, 1865.
