The 151st Air Refueling Wing is a unit of the United States Air Force. Based at Rickenbacker International Airport, Columbus, Ohio, it operates under the Air Mobility Command. Its primary mission includes strategic airlift and air-to-air refueling operations. These tasks enable the rapid movement of troops, equipment, and supplies as well as extending the range and endurance of U.S. military aircraft. The unit's fleet consists primarily of KC-135R Stratotankers. The 151st Air Refueling Wing also provides support to civil authorities during emergencies in accordance with its Air National Guard role.
