Flag of Koror Palau - Color Changing Coffee Mug

The Flag of Koror is the former district and now one of the states of Palau, an island nation located in the western Pacific Ocean. Adopted on July 1, 2009, following Palau's political reorganization into a system of 16 states, it consists of a white field with a centered blue canton. Within this blue section is a large, yellow five-pointed star and four smaller, red stars arranged in an X shape. The large star represents Koror State itself, while the smaller stars symbolize the four municipalities within Koror: Ngerulmud (the national capital), Airai, Mongami, and Malakal. The flag reflects the historical significance of Koror, which served as Palau's political and economic center before the reorganization.
