Soyuz 30 (Soyuz Programme) Black Coffee Mug

The Soyuz 30 was a crewed spacecraft flight, part of the Soviet Union's Soyuz program. This mission was designated as the backup for Soyuz 29/Apollo, an abortive joint U.S.-Soviet Apollo-Soyuz Test Project (ASTP) in July 1975. The primary crew of Soyuz 30 consisted of cosmonauts Pyotr Klimuk and Vladimir Sabitov, who were prepared to replace the main Soyuz 29 crew if needed. However, due to technical issues with the ASTP, the backup crew did not launch. The Soyuz spacecraft was equipped with all necessary life support systems for a long duration in orbit, but it was never utilized for its intended mission.
