USCGC Winslow Griesser (U.S. Coast Guard) Accent Coffee Mug

The USCGC Winslow Griesser is a United States Coast Guard (USCG) National Security Cutter (NSC), a class of highly capable and multi-mission cutters designed for long-range, maritime patrol, and law enforcement in the open ocean and along coastlines. The ship was commissioned into service in 2016, following extensive construction at the Huntington Ingalls Industries' shipyard in Pascagoula, Mississippi. The USCGC Winslow Griesser is named after Coast Guard Commandant William H. Winslow and Vice Admiral George C. Griesser, both distinguished Coast Guard leaders. The cutter carries a crew of 150 personnel and is equipped with advanced sensors, weapons, and systems for various missions, including counter-drug operations, search and rescue, homeland security, marine environmental protection, and national defense.
