The 35th Engineer Brigade is a United States Army unit, falling under the command of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It was activated in 1942 during World War II as the 35th Engineer Combat Battalion, and since then has been involved in various combat and support roles. The brigade's primary mission is to provide engineer support for divisions and corps in a variety of operational environments. This includes constructing and repairing roads, bridges, airfields, and other critical infrastructure, as well as conducting route clearance operations and counter-improvised explosive device (IED) tasks.
