Flag of Kirov Oblast Russia - Tumbler 20oz

The Flag of Kirov Oblast is the official symbol representing this federal subject (oblast) of Russia. Adopted on February 10, 1993, it features a white field with two horizontal stripes in the colors of red and blue, occupying approximately one-third of the flag's height each. The central emblem is placed in the middle of the white field. This emblem consists of a gold five-pointed star overlaid by a stylized Vyatka River flowing from bottom to top, symbolizing the historical and cultural heritage of the region. The design reflects the historical coat of arms of the city of Vyatka (now Kirov), which dates back to 1780.
