The Flag of Leipzig is the official banner representing the city of Leipzig, Germany. It features a white background with an azure (dark blue) square at its center. Within this square, there are three gold (yellow) stars arranged in a triangular pattern. Each star represents one of the three original towns that united to form Leipzig: Leutzsch, Lindenau, and Plagwitz. The flag's design reflects the city's rich history and its three distinct origins. It was officially adopted on March 10, 1993, after German reunification.
