113e regiment dinfanterie de ligne-drapeau (France) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design depicts the colours of the 113th Line Infantry Regiment of France, a vertical tricolour inscribed with the battles of the Napoleonic and First World War periods.

Visual Elements & Composition

Blue, white and red run in vertical stripes across the flag, and the three colours share the field almost equally. The honours are set in the gold of military distinction, stacked down the flag in short lines: TARRAGONE 1811, LA MOSKOVA 1812, LÜTZEN 1813, BAUTZEN 1813, ARGONNE 1915, VERDUN 1916 and NOYON 1918. The flat vector style keeps the stripes clean and the inscriptions legible.

Meaning & Symbolism

The tricolour places the regiment within the French army, and the inscriptions are its commemorative record. The Napoleonic names, from Tarragone to Bautzen, recall campaigns of 1811 to 1813. The later names, from Argonne to Noyon, mark the regiment's service in the First World War, and that service earned the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 with two palms. The unit traces its line to the 113th demi-brigade of 1793, and it was established as a regiment in 1796.

Held Close, Read Up Close

A shot glass is small and held close, so the flag is taken in at near range, with the stripes filling the view and the gold inscriptions coming into focus as the glass is raised. The compact 1.5oz form suits a design built on strong vertical bands and a short column of honours.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
