The 12th Infantry Regiment is a unit within the United States Army's infantry branch. Notably, it was the first American unit to reach the Rhine River during World War II. Today, the 12th Infantry Regiment is part of the 4th Infantry Division, with its headquarters located at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The regiment's nickname is the "Outlaw Regiment," and its motto is "All for Others."
