150e regiment dinfanterie de ligne-drapeau (France) Shot Glass 1.5oz

The blue, white and red tricolour of France forms the field of this flat vector regimental flag, with seven battle honours lettered in gold across it.

Visual Elements & Composition

Three vertical bands of equal weight make up the tricolour, and they carry the composition. The gold lettering is the only other colour of note, set as a column of names with their years. Seven honours are legible: GOLDBERG 1813, BAGATELLE 1915, CHAMPAGNE 1915, MORT-HOMME 1916, LA SOMME 1916, REIMS 1918 and LE CHESNE 1918. Within the stripes the lettering reads as a clear, ordered record, and the years sit close to each name.

Meaning & Symbolism

The regiment's lineage goes back to 1794, when it was formed as the 150th Demi-brigade, and the designation of the regiment as a line infantry unit followed between 1813 and 1814. The tricolour binds the flag to the national identity of France, and the gold honours record the regiment's service. Goldberg in 1813 and the Somme in 1916 are both named on the flag, and the honours close with Reims in 1918, a span that gives the design its commemorative weight.

Viewed from a Hand's Length

The lettering on a surface this size is read from a hand's length, and the names come in order from the top down. Seven names is a full list, so the glass rewards a second look. The bands stay visible on the body, and the gold reads more clearly the closer it is held.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
