The 1st Services Squadron is a unit within the United States Air Force (USAF) responsible for providing support services to ensure the operational readiness of assigned aircraft and personnel. Established on January 3, 1942, during World War II, it is one of the oldest active duty squadrons in the USAF. The 1st Services Squadron operates under the Air Mobility Command's 62nd Airlift Wing at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington.
