32e regiment dinfanterie de ligne - drapeau (France) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A vertical navy, white and red tricolour, lettered with the battle honours of the 32nd Line Infantry Regiment of France.

Visual Elements & Composition

Navy blue, white and red run in three upright bands, and navy takes up the largest share of the flag. Gold lettering sits across the field, naming each engagement in capitals: LONATO 1796, LES PYRAMIDES 1798, FRIEDLAND 1807, SÉBASTOPOL 1855, and the First World War honours YPRES-ARTOIS, L'AISNE, LE MATZ and LA MARNE. The flat vector treatment keeps the inscriptions crisp, so the dates read clearly at close range.

Meaning & Symbolism

A regimental flag carried the identity of its unit into battle, and the battle honours were the record of where that unit had fought. The regiment traces its line to the Régiment de Bassigny during the French Revolution, and the honours span the Napoleonic wars through to 1918. The regiment kept its traditions until it was dissolved in 1985, which makes the flag a complete account of a long service.

Holding the Shot Glass

A shot glass is small and held close, so the lettering comes into view at the moment of the toast. Each engagement reads in turn as the glass is lifted, and the tricolour is seen a few inches from the eye. Collectors of military history will recognise the honours at a glance.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
