The 333rd Military Police Brigade (MPB) is a military unit within the United States Army responsible for providing law and order, force protection, and correctional supervision. It falls under the authority of the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command (CID). The brigade's headquarters are located at Fort McPherson, Georgia, with subordinate units spread across various military installations worldwide. The 333rd MPB consists of three battalions: the 504th, 516th, and 720th Military Police Battalions. The brigade's primary mission is to maintain discipline within the military community, conduct criminal investigations, provide detention and rehabilitation services, and support other military operations as needed. The 333rd MPB has a long history, dating back to World War II when it was originally established as the 333rd Military Police Battalion in 1942. Since then, it has served in numerous conflicts, including the Korean War, Vietnam War, and both Gulf Wars, as well as supporting peacekeeping missions and humanitarian efforts worldwide. The brigade's motto is "Fidelis et Invictus," which translates to "faithful and invincible."
