The 365th Infantry Regiment is a unit of the United States Army under the Infantry Branch. Established during World War I, it was originally part of the National Army, serving in France. Although the regiment was demobilized after the war, it was reactivated during World War II and has seen service in various conflicts since then, including the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Notably, the 365th Infantry Regiment is one of the few African American units to serve in combat during World War II, playing a significant role in the Liberation of Leyte.
