Abraham Galanta Flag (Slovakia) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design is the municipal flag of Abrahám, a municipality in the Galanta District of Slovakia, built from five equal horizontal bands of colour and finished with a swallowtail.

Visual Elements & Composition

Five bands of near-equal width run across the flag in white, red, yellow, blue and green, so no single colour dominates and each reads as its own stripe. The swallowtail cut at the fly end gives the banner its distinctive outline. The flat vector treatment keeps the boundaries between bands sharp, and the design carries no text or numerals, so the colour sequence and the forked tail do all of the work.

Meaning & Symbolism

The flag was adopted on 10 July 1998 and is drawn from the coat of arms of the municipality, which depicts the biblical patriarch Abraham. The flag ties the community to the figure at the heart of its heraldry. It sits within the Galanta District of the Trnava Region, and it stands as a formal marker of the local history and character of the place.

Held Close in the Hand

A shot glass is small and raised close to the face, so the banner is seen at near range rather than from a distance. The five bands wrap the curved wall of the glass and read as a column of colour as it is lifted. The swallowtail turns into view as the glass is turned, a neat finishing touch for a glass that is poured and passed round the table.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
