Adjaria-urg (Georgia) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A deep royal blue field carries a single seven-pointed star, drawn with the crisp, flat geometry of a vexillological emblem.

Visual Elements & Composition

Dark blue dominates the design, filling nearly the entire rectangular field, with white providing the only contrast. The star sits as the focal point, its points rendered in clean, flat vector edges with no shading or texture. The arrangement is formal and symmetrical, leaving the blue to speak for itself and giving the composition a steady, structured calm.

Meaning & Symbolism

This is the flag of the Democratic Union for Revival, the political party led by Aslan Abashidze, which governed the Autonomous Republic of Adjara in Georgia with considerable autonomy from the central government. It was flown from around 1990 until 2004, when Abashidze was ousted from power. The design stands as a record of that period of regional political identity and self-rule, and the seven-pointed star anchors it to that specific chapter of Georgian history.

Made for the Shot Glass

A shot glass is small, held close and lifted in a single motion, so the flag is seen at arm's length and up near the eye rather than from across a room. The star lands at the centre of the glass face, where the blue field reads clearly through the clear glass as each drink is poured and passed around the table.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
