Bagrationovsk flag (Russia) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design shows the flag of Bagrationovsk, a city in the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia, drawn from the historical arms of the town once known as Preußisch Eylau.

Visual Elements & Composition

The flag is a horizontally divided shield. The upper field is black and takes up half the design, carrying a golden lion rampant with red claws. The lower field is silver, marked with three black crosses pattée. The split is clean and flat, with no gradients, so the lion and the crosses stand out sharply against their grounds. The palette is restrained: black, silver, gold and a touch of red.

Meaning & Symbolism

The lion stands for courage, bravery, wisdom and greatness, and its red claws signal self-sacrifice and a just struggle. The three crosses recall the Teutonic Order, which founded the settlement, and the black, silver and gold each carry their own meaning of prudence, nobility and wealth. The city was renamed Bagrationovsk in 1946 in honour of Prince P. I. Bagration, and its symbols keep the link to the region's older heritage.

On a Shot Glass, Up Close

A shot glass is small and raised close to the eye, so the lion and crosses are seen at arm's reach. The horizontal split runs across the curve of the glass, and the golden lion sits near the centre where it catches the light when the glass is lifted.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
