Bandeira de arcoverde (Brazil) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This shot glass reproduces the flag of Arcoverde, a municipality in Pernambuco, Brazil, where a dominant green field carries a coat of arms framed in yellow, red and white.

Visual Elements & Composition

Green fills most of the flag, with yellow taking a healthy quarter of the surface. Red and white appear in smaller accents, giving the composition a clear, layered structure. Geometric forms organise the field: rectangular blocks, a rhombus, a cross and a shield. The coat of arms draws the eye at the centre, and it includes a mural crown, a caduceus and a scroll banner. The numerals 1865 and 1928 appear in the design, and the name ARCOVERDE is set into it.

Meaning & Symbolism

The municipality was emancipated on 11 September 1928, and the flag now serves as its official representation. The design was created by the heraldist and vexillologist Prof. Arcinós Antônio Peixoto de Farias. Its symbolism is documented in Arcoverde. História Político-administrativa (1995) by the historian Sebastião Calado Bastos, which places the flag within the city's political and administrative history.

Within Reach

A shot glass is small and held close, so the central arms and the green field come into view as it is lifted. The yellow and red accents read sharply at that range, and the caduceus and the scroll banner reward a closer look between rounds. It turns a simple pour into a small piece of Pernambuco civic heraldry.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
