Bandeira de Mariluz - PR (Brazil) Shot Glass 1.5oz

A deep blue flag crossed by a white and red cross, with a municipal coat of arms set in a white lozenge at its centre.

Visual Elements & Composition

Blue dominates the field, roughly three-fifths of the design. A white-red-white cross runs across it, and the red stripe is the only warm note in the layout. At the centre sits a white lozenge holding the coat of arms. Within it, a fleur-de-lis, a wavy silver band and a pair of plant branches make up the shield. The forms are flat and angular, and the lettering MARILUZ appears as visible text on the artwork.

Meaning & Symbolism

The blue is the traditional colour of justice. The fleur-de-lis stands for the Virgin Mary, to whom the local community is devoted. The soybean and cotton branches that support the shield point to the agricultural base of the municipality, which sits in Paraná, one of Brazil's leading farming states. The municipal symbols were set down by law in 1973, and the flag has served as a formal statement of regional identity ever since.

Set on the Shot Glass

A shot glass is small and held close, so the cross and the white lozenge are visible at once. The coat of arms becomes the focal point as the glass is turned in the hand, with the blue field framing it on every side. It is a fitting keepsake for anyone with ties to Mariluz or an interest in Paraná's civic heraldry.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
