Bandeira Nova Aurora - PR (Brazil) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This shot glass shows the flag of Nova Aurora, a municipality in the Brazilian state of Paraná, where a golden rising sun sits over two stripes of sky blue and spring green.

Visual Elements & Composition

The flag is built from two horizontal stripes of unequal width. The larger upper band is sky blue and the smaller lower band is spring green, so blue dominates the design. Centred on the boundary between them is a golden-yellow sun with sixteen rays, alternating straight and wavy. The sun is the only warm colour in the design, and it draws the eye straight to the middle of the flag.

Meaning & Symbolism

The sun is a literal reading of the town's name, since Nova Aurora means a new dawn. The sky blue band stands for the sky above the region, and the spring green band represents its soybean agriculture. The municipality was established by State Law No. 5,643 on 25 September 1967, and this emblem was adopted as its official symbol.

Shaped for the Shot Glass

A shot glass is small and held close, so the rising sun sits at the centre of the view as the glass is lifted, with its rays spreading toward the rim. The two stripes wrap the curve of the glass and keep the design simple at close range. It is a bright piece to keep on the bar, and a neat way to carry a symbol of a new dawn into everyday use.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
