The design is built from three flat bands of colour. Light blue fills the top, yellow the middle and black the base, giving the flag a simple, strongly horizontal structure. A white column monument sits at the centre, standing on a stepped plinth and topped with a cross finial, with three small arrows set at its base. Meaning & Symbolism
