Bandera de Hormilla La Rioja (Spain) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design reproduces the flag of Hormilla, a municipality in La Rioja, with its municipal coat of arms set at the centre of a rectangular field.

Visual Elements & Composition

The flag is a rectangle in a 4:7 ratio, dominated by a bright yellow ground and a deep green field. The coat of arms is the clear focal point: a heraldic shield split into four quarters, each filled with a single bold motif in flat colour. Silver, gold, green, blue and black give the shield a crisp, traditional palette, and the simple vector shapes stay legible at small size.

Meaning & Symbolism

Each quarter of the shield carries a piece of local history. A green vine on silver speaks to the region's viticulture, and a gold tower on silver recalls the mayorazgo, the entailed estate that shaped the village. A gold ear of wheat on blue stands for agriculture, while a black Roman plough on blue points back to the area's ancient farming past. The arms were officially approved in 1990, so the emblem is modern even as its symbols are old.

Where the Shot Glass Fits

A shot glass is small and held close, so the quartered shield is seen at eye level as the glass is raised. The vine, tower, wheat and plough sit within a compact space, and each one reads clearly at that distance, which suits a design built around four separate stories.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
