Bandera de Joaquín Infante (Cuba) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design reproduces the 1810 flag proposed by the Cuban lawyer Joaquín Infante, a tricolour of green, purple and white bands.

Visual Elements & Composition

Three horizontal bands run evenly across the field, so no one colour dominates. The layout is plain and rectangular, rendered in a flat vector style. The colours were chosen with care: Infante selected a palette that no other national flag of the time used, so the bands stand apart from the flags of the period.

Meaning & Symbolism

Infante proposed the flag in 1810, as part of a draft constitution for an independent Cuba. Separatist movements took it up, and it became a symbol of the island's struggle for sovereignty. It was never adopted as the national flag, but it remains a landmark of Cuban independence thought, and the tricolour is the design's lasting contribution to that history.

On This Glass

A shot glass is small and held close, so the three bands wrap evenly around the body and sit squarely in the hand. Their clean rhythm suits a compact glass, and the historical story gives the stripes more weight than their simple shape suggests.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
