Bela Zilina Flag (Slovakia) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This design reproduces the flag of Belá in the Žilina District of Slovakia, a striped banner of white, yellow and blue that takes its imagery from a seventeenth-century seal.

Visual Elements & Composition

White takes the largest share of the flag, about two-fifths of the field, with yellow and blue each covering roughly three-tenths. The stripes run horizontally across the design in flat, even bands, and the swallow-tail cut at the fly gives the rectangle a distinctive end. The palette is limited to those three colours, drawn as a clean vector graphic with hard edges and no shading. There is no lettering or numeral, so the stripes and the swallow-tail carry the whole composition.

Meaning & Symbolism

The flag is built on a seal dating from the seventeenth century, which ties the modern municipal emblem directly to the town's early history. It was formally adopted on 27 May 1994, and the design sets a historical seal inside a modern civic form. Its heraldic approach follows the traditional principles of Slovak municipal emblems, so the flag stands for the continuity of the place and the community that has held it for centuries.

Shot Glass Viewpoint

A shot glass is small and held close, so the stripes are read up near the eye as the glass is lifted. The white band sits brightly against the clear sides, and the yellow and blue stand out as the glass turns in the hand. The swallow-tail shows neatly at the rim, so the flag reads as a compact emblem of one small place rather than a distant banner.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
