Brasil estado 368 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) White Coffee Mug

The number 368 sits in black inside a regular pentagon, an outline that echoes the shape of a Brazilian route marker.

Visual Elements & Composition

The layout is almost entirely white, broken only by the black pentagon outline and the numerals within. The shape is centred on the field with generous empty space around it, so the number is the one element that draws the eye. Lines are flat and even, and the design carries no decorative detail, no gradient and no secondary text.

Meaning & Symbolism

A pentagon bearing a route number is the basic unit of road signage, chosen because it can be read quickly and identified by shape alone. The designation Brasil estado 368 jct refers to a numbered state road and a junction in Brazil, so the artwork speaks to travel, direction and the everyday geography of the country. Its modern, restrained style presents that information as a clear and functional mark.

Held Close

A mug is lifted and turned by hand, which brings a design like this within easy reading distance. The pentagon follows the curve of the cup as it turns, and the bold numerals hold their shape from the front of the mug to the back.
