Brasil estado 533 jct (Brazil) (Road Sign) Color Changing Mug 11oz
This design takes a Brazilian road marker and presents it as a single, bold emblem in black and white.
Visual Elements & Composition
A pentagonal outline with an inner black border forms the frame, and the numerals 533 sit centred within it. Black covers about an eighth of the artwork and white the rest, so the numerals read with crisp contrast. The flat vector treatment has no shading or ornament. The pentagon and the figures do all the work, and nothing competes with them.
Meaning & Symbolism
The pentagon is the shape Brazil uses to mark numbered roads, and the word estado places this route at state level. The number 533 is the road's identity, the figure a traveller looks for when choosing a route. The jct in the title is shorthand for a junction, so the artwork carries the language of a signpost at a crossroads. Its modern, systematic styling gives the sign the directness of functional signage.
On the Color Morphing Mug
A road marker is designed to be taken in at a glance, and a mug is read the same way: lifted, turned once, and the design is already there. The wraparound decoration carries the pentagon around the curve of the cup, so the numerals return as the mug turns in the hand. When a hot drink is poured in, the heat-reactive surface brings the sign up from its faint cold state. Route 533 becomes a morning signpost that appears with the first pour.
