Brazilian flag icon round (Brazil) Shot Glass 1.5oz

This circular icon condenses the Brazilian flag into a single round emblem, with the blue celestial globe at its heart set against a broad green field.

Visual Elements & Composition

Green fills most of the circle, and a yellow rhombus sits across it like a jewel in a setting. The blue globe is the focal point, with white stars scattered across its surface, and a curved white banner crosses the globe carrying the words ORDEM E PROGRESSO. The palette is limited to green, yellow, blue and white, which gives the icon a crisp, flat look. Nothing sits outside the circle, so the emblem reads as one complete unit.

Meaning & Symbolism

The green field stands for the House of Braganza, the yellow rhombus for the House of Habsburg. The blue globe shows the night sky over Rio de Janeiro as it looked on 15 November 1889, and its 27 stars stand for the Brazilian states and the Federal District. The motto Ordem e Progresso (Order and Progress) draws on the ideas of the French philosopher Auguste Comte and his positivism, which influenced the founders of the republic. The flag was adopted on 19 November 1889, and the design still carries that founding moment.

Round on a Round Rim

A shot glass has a circular mouth, so a round emblem suits the form, and the green field and blue globe sit neatly within the curve of the rim. When the glass is lifted, the globe becomes the first thing the eye finds.

Compact, heavy-based shot glasses made from clear, restaurant-grade glass. One standard size (1.5 oz / ≈44.3 ml) — sturdy, stack-friendly, and built to handle frequent service without fuss.

These shot glasses feel solid in the hand thanks to a thick, weighty base that keeps them steady on busy bar tops. The walls are even and clear, giving a nice, unobstructed view of the pour; the rim is smoothed for comfortable sipping.

They’re engineered for regular use: consistent dimensions, dependable weight, and a simple silhouette that suits both casual venues and more formal tasting counters. Designed to perform rather than show off.

  • Material: 100% clear glass for pure clarity and clean presentation.
  • Capacity: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml) — standard shot measure.
  • Base: heavy solid glass base that reduces tipping and improves balance.
  • Construction: restaurant-grade durability for frequent handling and washing.
  • Print-ready: suitable for single-sided print applications that withstand typical use.

Perfect for quick pours, samplers, and neat shots. Their compact footprint makes them easy to place on trays and tasting lines, while the heavier base keeps things steady during service.

  1. Bar service: quick, consistent pours — less wobble when carrying a tray of shots.
  2. Tastings: uniform size is handy for sampling flights or spirit tastings.
  3. Events: robust enough for pop-ups, festivals, and busy bartending shifts.

Storage tip: store upright and avoid tight stacking to protect rims and preserve clarity.

Dishwasher-safe for everyday cleaning — place on the top rack and use a normal household cycle. Repeated exposure to very high commercial temperatures can shorten glass life, so choose gentler programs where practical.

When you want to extend clarity and finish: hand-wash with warm water, a mild detergent, and a soft cloth; dry right away to avoid water spots. Handle by the body (not the rim) to reduce accidental chipping.

One size only: 1.5 oz (≈44.3 ml). Use the dimensions below for shelving, packaging, or tray planning.
